Instructions for Oral Presentation:

1. Paper Presentation
You should be present in the assigned Lecture Room 1 or 2 at least 15 minutes before the start of your oral session. Please report to the Session Chair so that your attendance is noted and last minute instructions can be given . Your presentation should not exceed 25 minutes (20 mins. for the talk and 5 mins. for questions & answers). You are advised to keep an eye on the Session Chair, who will give you appropriate signals when your allocated time is nearing its limit. You should then bring your presentation to a timely close. Your assigned oral session, presentation order and lecture room number will be available in the final program.

2. Audio-Visual Equipment
The lecture rooms are equipped with a Personal Computer and projector. Presentation formats such as Microsoft Powerpoint and Adobe PDF should be compatible with the PC operating environment and can be uploaded from a thumb-drive or a CD. Presenters may bring along their own notebook with VGA/SVGA compatible display output. However, they are advised to present themselves at least 15 minutes before the start of the session to ensure the compatibility of their hardware with the projection system.

Instructions for Poster Presentation:
There will be two poster sessions to be held on 11 and 12 Jan. These will be held at the Educational Wing Lobby . Your allocated display panel is 1m by 2m and adhesive Velcro tape will be provided for you to mount your poster. However, we recommend you keep your poster to A1 paper size (594mm by 841mm) or smaller. You may orient it portrait or landscape. When setting up your poster, please look for a display panel with you assigned paper ID. There are a limited number of small tables for notebook demos. If you need access to an electrical outlet, please email MMM2007 to state your requirement and paper ID before 26 November 2006 . There are only a limited number of display panels that are close to electrical outlets.
