INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPER SUBMISSION
All paper submissions to MMM 2007 will be electronic.
All papers must be submitted in Acrobat PDF form along with the source files (Latex/Latex2e/Word, figures, bibliography). You may combine all the files using compression utilities like WinZip etc.
Papers accepted for the conference will be published in the Springer Verlag series of Lecture Notes in Computer Science. The layout of the papers must strictly adhere to the guidelines set out in the instructions for the preparation of camera-ready contributions available at LNCS guidelines.
The page limit is 10 – 12 pages.
Templates
Style files, templates, bibliography style definitions and other information for preparing manuscripts in Latex, Latex2e and Word are available in the following zip files:
Latex.zip (for preparing manuscript using Latex)
Latex2e.zip (for preparing manuscript using Latex2e)
Word.zip (for preparing manuscript using MS Word)
Although the template for using MS Word is provided, we recommend that you use LaTeX/Latex2e templates to produce your document. The LaTeX environment files specify suitable margins, page layout, text, and a bibliography style. The Latex2e source file of "Author's Instructions" is here and the corresponding PDF file is here. Please follow the instructions while preparing your manuscript. Any deviations from the specifications will lead to rejection of the manuscript. Please omit page numbers as instructed in the Latex2e source file for “Author’s Instructions”. For further information, please read “Information for LNCS authors”. The reviewing process of all papers submitted to MMM 2007 would be blind. Hence, please remove names of authors and affiliations from the paper heading by leaving the ‘author’ field blank.
The document should be converted from LaTeX to standard PDF that is readable using Acrobat Reader 6.0 or later. To avoid problems with fonts, please create portable PDF files. If asked for, please choose Download all fonts, when creating the PDF file(s). ALL FONTS must be embedded in the PDF file.
